Our dynamic manufacturing capabilities mean we can provide a comprehensive range of quality products either off-the-shelf or with very short lead times. The emergency lighting products that we manufacture include bulkheads, exit signs, twin floods, conversion equipment, downlights, central power systems, testing systems and commercial luminaires.
Our highly experienced engineers carry out the modification of normal mains voltage luminaires to incorporate integral emergency lighting equipment. We use the best quality components in all our emergency lighting conversions. The work is carried out in our ISO9001/2015 and ISO14001/2015 registered factory and leaves our building in line with the relevant requirements of BS EN 60598-1 and BS EN 60598-2-22.

End of line testing is performed on every single product we make. Testing includes electric-strength tests, function tests and earth continuity tests for class 1 luminaires. Our emergency lighting testing process ensures that every item leaves our factory functioning properly and safely.
We are experienced in designing and building special electronic products to meet the demands of very specific projects. We also offer products utilising specialised sheet steel enclosures, bespoke circuit boards, specular reflectors, and injection moulded parts.
