The LDSM+ range offers a simple self-contained emergency lighting solution from a surface mounted enclosure just 190mm square x 40mm high. When surface mounted on the ceiling the LDSM+ is both discreet and attractive. Finished in white or black as standard (available in other colours to special order) the LDSM+ blends in with the other architectural furniture. The excellent performance allows the units to be mounted at very wide spacings making installation simple and cost effective.
The LDSM+ self-contained units utilise the standard LDE8F downlights incorporating a thermally managed ‘6Watt’ high power LED lamp head retained in a white or black polycarbonate housing which matches the corresponding steel facia plate and enclosure. A high brightness green LED is incorporated in the polycarbonate bezel to provide battery charge indication. The enclosure houses a LMPro module and LiFePO₄ battery providing 3 hour duration, non-maintained emergency lighting.
